1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

If any provision, clause, or term of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable portion will be deemed severed from the agreement, and the rest will remain in full force and effect.
